Situated on Cardigan Street, this boutique development comprises five three-storey units designed with a concrete slab on grade for the ground floor and composite concrete floors for the upper levels. The units are separated by insulated concrete form walls, serving as both inter-tenancy and exterior walls. The external wall enclosure features a combination of corrugated iron roofing, corrugated wall cladding, insulated concrete formwork plaster cladding, and weatherboard cladding.
