With a track record of delivering over NZD 500 million in completed projects, TK has established himself as a leader in the construction industry. His reputation is built on a commitment to quality, effective collaboration, and a focus on delivering projects on time. By working closely with clients to uphold the highest standards and proactively address challenges, TK ensures seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
As the driving force behind Livefirm, a super contractor with over two decades of industry presence, TK transformed the company into one of the most sought-after subcontractors in the market. Building on this success, he founded AULFON to bring the same expertise and quality to the residential construction sector. Under his leadership, AULFON leverages the extensive resources and experience of Livefirm, ensuring the delivery of high-quality homes and developments for New Zealanders.
JACKY WONG
Director
Jacky is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with three decades of industry experience. He has managed more than 80 projects with a combined value exceeding NZD 300 million. His high-level planning and effective resource management skills make him a central figure in AULFON's operations.
Drawing on the operational success from his role at Livefirm, Jacky ensures that AULFON’s projects are executed with minimal on-site variations, resulting in efficiency, cost savings, and strong relationships with project partners.
FREDERICK CHUA
Director
A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA®) and Certified Risk Manager (CRMA®), Frederick brings extensive expertise in financial control, internal processes, and risk management to AULFON. With 14 years of experience as a General Manager—eight years at a publicly listed company and six years at Livefirm Construction—he has developed strong skills in overseeing complex operations and driving effective risk management strategies.
His strategic mindset and hands-on approach have been key in guiding AULFON’s growth, ensuring each project is managed with financial stability and operational excellence.
SOPHIA CHIEW
General Manager
Sophia brings 15 years of expertise in cost planning, management, quantity surveying, and contract administration to her role as General Manager. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and system-oriented approach, she upholds the highest standards in every project. Her proactive mindset and adaptability enable her to identify and address commercial risks effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Sophia excels in leading diverse teams and implementing best practices, driving AULFON’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction. SATISH PREMA
Project Manager
Born and raised in New Zealand, Satish brings Kiwi ingenuity and a results-driven mindset to every project, ensuring client expectations are exceeded. With 14 years of construction experience, Satish is known for his commitment to quality and his dynamic approach to project management.
A carpenter by trade and a Licensed Building Practitioner with both Carpentry and Site licenses, Satish’s hands-on experience gives him a deep understanding of construction from the ground up. This enables him to collaborate closely with designers and site teams, minimising setbacks and driving successful project outcomes. His practical expertise, paired with his strong relationship management skills, makes him an invaluable asset to AULFON’s commercial projects.
COLIN PAN
Head of Health, Safety & Environmental Department
Colin draws on two decades of experience in the construction industry, combining medical and building expertise to lead AULFON’s HSE initiatives. As a certified builder and Licensed Building Practitioner, combined with 13 years in health and safety, he has a deep understanding of the risks associated with each task and process. His medical background enhances his ability to assess hazards and ensure every team member’s well-being.
This expertise allows Colin to strategically strengthen AULFON's safety culture and foster an environment where compliance and safety are top priorities, ensuring that everyone goes home safely each day.

Quality Assurance and Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor
Mathew is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety across all AULFON projects. With a diverse background in property development and extensive experience in both the United States and New Zealand, he brings a global perspective to his role.
At AULFON, Mathew ensures that quality assurance initiatives at every phase of the project align with commercial standards. Known for his solution-focused mindset, he ensures that every project meets industry benchmarks for safety and quality.
PING LEE
Head of Accounts, HR and Admin Department
Ping’s meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills have defined her career in accounting, spanning two decades across various industries, including property development, property management, manufacturing, trading, and services. As a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong auditing background, she excels in compliance and financial accuracy, meticulously analysing financial data to identify potential discrepancies and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Throughout her career, Ping has provided senior management with timely, reliable financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Compliance and Communication Manager
With over a decade of experience in project coordination, Jaime draws on her qualifications in management and marketing to align compliance efforts with AULFON’s strategic goals. A skilled collaborator, she works closely with management and teams to ensure compliance and communication are effectively integrated.
Jaime plays a key role in maintaining AULFON’s integrated management system, ensuring it complies with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards. These efforts support operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and uphold AULFON’s reputation for excellence across all operations.
VILIKESA MAILE
Project Director
Vili brings a wealth of experience to the team, with decades of expertise in the construction industry. As Project Director, he leads a skilled team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. His comprehensive understanding of every aspect of construction, from initial planning to final execution, ensures seamless project delivery.
Vili's deep knowledge was built from the ground up, starting with his degree in Construction Management. He has progressed through various roles, including Foreman, Site Manager, Senior Project Manager, and now Project Director, gaining hands-on experience at each level.
Renowned for his effective engagement with clients, consultants, and contractors, Vili excels at identifying and resolving site challenges efficiently. His commitment to excellence is reflected in his management of projects valued at over $500 million, reinforcing his reputation as a leader in the industry.
BOON CHEZ LIM
Project Engineer
With a career spanning over two decades, Boon is an expert in site planning, problem-solving, and optimising project efficiency. His 8 years in New Zealand have further refined his technical skills and strengthened his ability to coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors, ensuring seamless project delivery. Boon’s proactive risk management and attention to detail ensure that every project meets the highest standards.
Boon began his career in Singapore, progressing from Site Engineer to Project Manager. He managed complex high-rise developments, some exceeding 28 stories, honing his leadership and organisational skills while consistently meeting deadlines. At AULFON, he leverages his extensive experience to support the construction program as the main contractor, delivering valuable engineering solutions on every project.
